Core Eligibility

  1. Be at least 18 years old and provide a police-clearance certificate.
  2. Hold a valid Employment Pass with at least three months remaining.
  3. Hold a recognised doctorate, master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, diploma or professional or skills qualification.
  4. Have at least five years of total work experience, including three consecutive years of employment in Malaysia.
  5. Earn a basic monthly salary above MYR 15,000, excluding allowances and bonuses.
  6. Hold a Malaysian personal tax number and have paid Malaysian personal income tax for at least two years.
