Dominica’s programme, launched in 1993, offers two principal routes: a contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund or approved real estate, each starting from USD 200,000 on the reference page.

There is no residence requirement. Filing preparation should also account for criminal history, relevant EU or UK visa refusals, nationality restrictions and complete evidence for included family members.

  • No disqualifying criminal record and completion of the minimum investment.
  • Applicants with relevant EU or UK visa refusals must first resolve the visa history described by the reference page.
  • The reference page lists nationality restrictions for Northern Iraq, Yemen, Russia and Belarus, with separate conditional treatment for North Korea and Sudan; current rules must be reconfirmed before filing.
