Four Approved Investment Routes

National Development Fund contribution

  • Non-refundable contribution to the National Development Fund.
  • Funds support public infrastructure, healthcare and education.

Approved real estate

  • Purchase in a government-approved project.
  • A minimum five-year holding period applies.

Business investment

From USD 1.5 million individually
  • Joint investors may contribute at least USD 400,000 each to an approved enterprise totalling USD 5 million or more.
  • The enterprise must support qualifying local economic activity.

University of the West Indies Fund
